A diferencia de otras aplicaciones, este TIMER puede usarse mientras se llevan a cabo otras tareas con el teléfono móvil, como por ejemplo, vídeo-llamadas, reproducción de música, reproducción de vídeos, entre otras.


Otras características a destacar es el registro del concepto “tiempo real y densidad del esfuerzo”


Este timer es útil para los siguientes formatos según clasificación de Buchheit M, Lauressen P, 2013:


Long Interval (Método intervalado)

Short Interval o H.I.I.E (Pasadas intermitentes)

S.I.T (Entrenamiento de Sprint Intervalados)

R.S.A.T(Entrenamiento de Resistencia a sprint acumulados)


Sobre todo en los formatos de las pasadas intermitentes y e R.S.A.T, puede dosificarse y registrarse con o sin presencia de COD (Change of direction).


Aunque también se puede adaptar a trabajos de moderada intensidad mediante el método “continuo variable y sus variantes” dejando esta posibilidad a la creatividad del usuario.


También es útil para cuantificar entrenamientos en formato de Circuitos Neuromusculares y/o también R.H.I.E (Repeated High-Intensity Exercise)


En las “preferencias” podrás dosificar tu entrenamiento.


Más allá de que la recomendación es utilizar un test intermitente validado para prescribir formatos intermitentes, como lo puede ser el 30.15IFT (Buchheit M) o el TIVEDEC (Ferrer G, de Argentina), podrás utilizar algún test que permita obtener VAM (velocidad aeróbica máxima) y prescribir en función de ella.


Con sólo agregar la VAM o VMI en m/s (velocidad intermitente máxima) obtenida en un test válido para ese fin y luego colocando el % de intensidad al que se desea trabajar, junto con el tiempo de esfuerzo, esta aplicación automáticamente calcula la distancia de cada pasada, con o sin cambios de dirección y el volumen total en metros a realizar según el resto de variables cargadas.


La intensidad puede ser expresada en % de la velocidad máxima de referencia utilizada para los trabajos de pasadas o según una escala de Percepción subjetiva del esfuerzo/empeño para los circuitos, como por ejemplo Escala de Borg.


Por el momento, para el registro del entrenamiento, te recomendamos hacer capturas de pantalla y almacenarlas en tu nube.
